All products from 7 Stars Candle Co are made, printed, prepared, or assembled to order.
Please allow approximately 4-5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on:

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Times

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, 7 Stars Candle Co is not responsible for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or packages delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order resent.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a damage claim, customers must provide:

and evidence of shipping damage.
This documentation is required for insurance claims through the postal carrier.
Failure to provide the required information within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
7 Stars Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that packages can be safely and securely received at the shipping address provided.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
7 Stars Candle Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
