Return & Damage Policy
At 7 Stars Candle Co, all candles are printed and prepared to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each candle is individually produced specifically for the customer at the time of purchase. Because of this made-to-order process, all sales are considered final.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
To file a damage claim, the following is required:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photographs of the original shipping package and box
- Photos showing any visible shipping damage or broken contents
This documentation is necessary for us to submit an insurance claim through the postal carrier.
Failure to provide the required photographs and information within the 48-hour timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
7 Stars Candle Co reserves the right to refuse damage claims that do not follow the procedures outlined above.
